Authorised partners of Texas State University work through a single portal at portal.studytxst.com, regardless of the market they recruit in. If your team previously used agent.txst.edu.vn, that address now takes you to the same place automatically — your account and records are unchanged.

What the portal holds

• Your partnership record — the agreement in force, its status and validity.
• Commission records — what has been recorded against your agency and where each item stands.
• Requests — a tracked channel to the International Office for cases, documents and operational questions.
• Announcements — admissions updates sent to partners, kept in one place rather than scattered across email threads.

Day-to-day use

1. Raise requests in the portal rather than by email when a record is involved. Tracked items do not get lost when a colleague is on leave.
2. Check announcements weekly. Requirement changes and deadline reminders are published there first.
3. Keep your organisation's contact details current so notices reach the right person on your side.

Access and accounts

Portal access is granted to authorised partners. If someone in your team needs an account, or a colleague has left and should be removed, tell the International Office — keeping the access list accurate protects both sides.

Why one portal for all markets

Partners recruiting in different regions were previously served through separate addresses. Consolidating them means the same announcements, the same request workflow and the same commission view for everyone — and it means an update published for one market is immediately visible to all partners rather than being re-sent market by market.
