Generate materials carrying your own name
The downloads below are the same for every partner. This part is not: enter your organisation name, website and hotline, then take away a poster, social images, a description for your own website and an email signature — each already carrying your contact details.
1 · Your organisation
Everything below updates as you type. The text is assembled in your browser; the images are rendered by this site’s server, so what you enter does travel there. Use your organisation’s public contact details and nothing else.
You can use every item without one. The only difference: the line “authorised recruitment partner” prints on the images only when your code matches the list the office has issued. Typing an arbitrary code will not produce it.

3 · Background
The plain background uses less ink to print and leaves room for your own logo.
4 · QR code
It defaults to the university’s site with your partner code attached, so the office can see where an enquiry came from. Point it at your own page instead if you prefer. Leave it empty and the images carry no QR code.
One thing to be clear about
Generating materials here does not make you an authorised partner. The partner list is held by the office, which issues the codes. If your organisation does not have one yet, use this kit without the authorisation line and contact the office to apply.

A description for your own website
Every figure here can be checked against the university’s own pages. Reword it freely, but do not add promises about scholarships or visa outcomes — those are the fastest way for a partner to lose standing.
Texas State University is a public university in San Marcos, Texas, part of the Texas State University System and accredited by SACSCOC (IPEDS ID 228459). It offers more than 200 undergraduate and graduate programmes. International students are considered for academic scholarships on the same criteria as domestic students, based on academic record and standardised test scores, with no separate scholarship application. Tuition is held flat through 2027. Applicants who do not yet meet the English requirement can enter through an intensive English programme and progress directly into their degree.
